West Kent Motor factors Ltd accepts no liability arising from errors (including typographical) contained in, or any omissions from, this website. Images shown are for guidance only, there may be slight variances in colour and design if a product has been updated by the manufacturer.

When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. In the case of products ordered for delivery by digital download we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order.

Prices shown on the site for any products or services are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be notified and confirmed to you before your order is charged.

Prices shown for products on the site are not inclusive of delivery charge, although some may not bear any charge. Carriage charges are calculated automatically at the checkout. All products offered are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability of the products listed.

Prices shown in currencies other that Pound Sterling are for guidance only and subject to confirmation on the day the order is ready to be shipped. This is because of changing currency rates. We reserve the right not to accept your offer to buy if the price cannot be agreed. By placing an order you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

All prices are clearly displayed on the web site and will be confirmed at the checkout prior to payment. You may pay by any major credit or debit card, send us a cheque or by Paypal. If you do not have a confirmed address for Paypal you must contact us first by email. Payments can only be made in Pound Sterling, all charges to debit or credit cards will be made in Pound Sterling.

Goods must be paid for in full prior to despatch.

We endeavour to despatch all in stock items the same day we receive cleared funds. Items for delivery in the UK are sent by a next day service using Royal Mail or a courier. If goods are sent by courier a signature may be required. Overseas orders are usually sent by Air Mail or Parcelforce.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address supplied by you, the customer, we reserve the right to charge the appropriate carriage fee to re-send. If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent we will at our discretion refund the value of the goods less a £5.00 administration fee but we are sorry we are unable to refund the original carriage fee.

We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline but please order in sufficient time.

Local taxes and excise duties are the responsibility of the recipient or customer in the country concerned. West Kent Motor factors can not be held responsible and has no liability what so ever for any orders which are seized, impounded or have additional duty/taxes charged on them by Customs or local agents.

On receipt of your goods please check the items carefully and notify us immediately of any items that are incorrect or incomplete. You must inform us within in 7 days of receipt. In the event of receiving damaged goods, you must notify us immediately and we may ask you to confirm this in writing. Do not return the goods unless instructed by us.

We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non-delivery of goods due to misinformation or an incorrectly supplied delivery address.

We have an open returns policy but ask you to follow the following guidelines. The goods can only be accepted for return if they are in the original packaging, unopened and not used. We are happy to accept any unwanted item up to 30 days after sale, for example at Christmas when goods may be duplicated. You should contact us before returning the goods using our Returns Material Authority (RMA) option in Your Account. If you return goods with out this it can cause delays in processing any refunds. We regret we are unable to refund any carriage costs except in the event of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You are soley responsible for the cost and insurance for the returned items, we will be happy to advise on the best method for you to use for return. All refunds due will be processed within 30 days of receiving your returned items.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
